Road safety for all offers various types of services to clients in LMIC’s. The main types are: giving support to the development of research and training programs. We also provide consultancy services and small advices.
In addition, you may serve yourself with the road safety information on our website. On that page you will find links to databases, libraries, knowledge bases and websites of institutes.
In case of small advices you may email your request to our helpdesk and we will answer you at short notice. This service is free of charge if the request requires little time to answer. Normally we will provide the small advice within two weeks.
Road safety for all is also your partner for activities of a larger scale that contribute to the building of a local knowledge infrastructure. We strongly support the development of road safety research and training programs, preferably in close corporation with your national or local experts. To this end we have initiated the KARSIP program. We are not in the position to finance projects ourselves, but in this program we are developing contacts with funding parties that may be interested to participate.
Regarding training we particularly focus on supporting the development of a local sustainable knowledge infrastructure, i.e. local academic training programs and practical courses. We also strongly support the building of local road safety research centres and related road safety research programs.
In any case the goal is to develop and transfer knowledge about safe system solutions with an evidence base in the local transport and traffic culture.
