Road safety for all is a legal entity (a foundation according to Dutch law), seated in Leidschendam-Voorburg, the Netherlands. It was founded by Paul Wesemann in 2009. It is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands by number 27343211. Our fiscal number (RSIN) is 820754067.
The foundation is officially approved as an “institute in the general interest” (ANBI in Dutch), free from corporate tax. It is not a charity which provides donations or commissions projects. We may be characterized as an ‘incubator’ which aims at delivering sustainable projects and programs. See our Vision document.
The foundation is supervised by a board of at least 3 members, among them a chair, secretary and treasurer. The daily activities are performed by an office comprising 3 senior staff including the managing director.
